The development of the DOMO system was one of the first tasks that MTS took on. There were ideas for this as early as 2010, but the entire development of the DOMO system took several years. The goal was not to design a product, but a complete modular system that is user-adaptive. The DOMO can hold various covers made of diverse materials and can therefore be used in a vast array of climate zones. Several DOMOs can be combined to form larger rooms and thus develop any room that is needed on site.

During development, great attention was paid to sustainability, ensuring that all used materials can be individually recycled. This also makes the DOMO system very easy to repair. Developing the DOMO on our own was a collective effort of many people!

The DOMO was, and is, used in many corners of the world. What the users particularly emphasize is not a specific technical detail, but above all, the particular quality of the room. The approx. 24 square meters in which you can stand upright on 94% of the surface, and the material and ventilation concept, make the DOMO a very special place. With this, MTS has achieved its goal: to create a dignified and safe home for people who are in transit.
